2. We read the bill
An automated system extracts the useful data and flags anything uncertain. A calculation engine works out the costs. AI has no part in that.
3. We compare
We only use offers in our database that fit your profile. A cheaper offer can score lower if it has minimum terms, penalties, high standing charges or first-year-only bonuses.
4. A person checks
Before the result reaches you, a team member reviews the data and the calculations.
5. You decide
The result can be “Switching is worth it”, “You can stay where you are” or “We need more information”. It's a simulation, not a contract: any activation happens separately, following the provider's procedure.
How we calculate
For electricity and gas we estimate the yearly cost: usage times energy price, plus standing charge, plus regulated components that are the same for every supplier, plus any one-off costs spread over the minimum term, plus VAT. One-off bonuses are shown separately.
